Hiring processes are broken. With PastaHR we are here to fix them, powered by AI — but not by replacing the human. We believe that to hire the best people, you can’t get rid of the human connection. So we build PastaHR so that AI agents take care of the busy work, while recruiters and hiring managers can take care of what really matters: the talent.
Our story
PastaHR started with a simple insight: applying for jobs sucks.
When we started back in 2022, companies were struggling to find talent. At the same time, candidates were being asked to navigate slow, outdated application processes, even for roles in which a traditional CV said little about their ability to do the job. Recruiters had to work with the same legacy systems, stuck 15 years in the past. A bad experience for everyone involved.
We were (and still are) convinced the recruiting process should fit the people companies want to hire. An electrician, nurse or logistics professional should not have to follow the same candidate journey as a software engineer. Yet most recruiting systems offered everyone the same rigid, slow and painful experience.
That insight became the starting point for PastaHR. Through conversational applications on WhatsApp, we helped companies in deskless industries attract candidates, pre-qualify them automatically and hire faster.
Since then, PastaHR has grown far beyond its origins. By working closely with large recruiting teams, we have developed an agentic AI screening platform for high-volume recruiting across roles and industries.
Today, PastaHR brings AI-powered applications into one platform and uses AI agents to automate repetitive work throughout the hiring process. This gives recruiters and hiring managers more time to engage candidates, make informed decisions and hire the right people faster and at lower cost per hire.
